Michael's history and experience in our industry has not been eclipsed by many in our industry. With that said, Michael joined Elite Marketing in 2009 because of his desire to continually evolve with new trends and technologies in our industry. Known for his strong relationships, Michael is known also for finding a way through many difficult and challenging scenarios and finding a solution that benefits the interests of all concerned. As CEO and President of Elite Marketing he will use these skills to grow the business for our dealers and manufacturers alike.
Mike has an extensive history in our industry, especially in the area of product development and AV distribution. Having worked at all levels of our industry including key video manufacturers and distributors, Mike has a terrific understanding of solving HDMI and other project challenges and system design. He provides top consultant level growth in each dealer; both, through their our dealers' business growth and in sales of our manufacturers products.
Andrew's background in our industry and industry associations is extensive. He continues looking for new and better solutions for the companies he represents and dealer clients he serves. Andrew is known for being instrumental in building better business models and consulting with manufacturers and dealers alike for building of our company and industry's markets. Andrew is bringing that innovation into our business development efforts for existing sales and marketing as well as our expansion into new markets; including, custom residential, commercial and lighting systems. Andrew draws upon his relationships and roles as former CEDIA Board Member and current Advisory Board Member, Chairman of IPRO and his roles and experience in development of Home Theater and Custom Integration markets. Andrew also contributes to top line revenue via key account sales.
Tori Huckaba graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Distribution in 2000; followed by working with Lutron Electronics were she worked with Electrical Distributors, Electrical Contractors, Lighting Showrooms, AV Distributors, AV Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders over her 11 year history. With Lutron she continually grew the product line and was successful at building lasting relationships with her customers. She recently left Lutron after starting a family and is excited about the opportunity with Elite Marketing. Her knowledge of the industry and accounts will be a great asset to the Elite team. Tori brings her experience and knowledge lighting control, residential and commercial business markets and a rounding out of Elite's capabilities for servicing the market now and into the future.
Nicole brings her talents for organization together with her understanding of being in an custom integration business in serving as the hub and facilitator for the needs of our integration and retail partners and our manufacturer partners. Her knowledge of what integrators need and the need for responsive service is key to her providing the support and sales administration for every organization; whether they are a manufacturer we are representing or dealer client.
